"I really did underestimate how much of a positive impact the 90 day plan would have on my life! I'm at the beginning of C3 and I can't even begin to explain how this plan has transformed my relationship with food and mentality towards fitness! I got quite out of shape while at university and had a tendency to binge drink on nights out and eat takeaway/fast food for convenience. I would get frustrated with how my physical appearance and lack of fitness would make me feel on the inside so would sometimes turn to fad diets short term which only compounded the issue and were never sustainable. When I started the 90 day plan, my focus quickly changed from losing pounds to gaining fitness and healthy eating habits. Not only can I still eat the food I love (i.e pasta, pizza and burgers), but I now have a massive range of recipes which are enjoyed by not only me but my family and friends too! The workouts were very difficult to start with but seeing everyone's progress on this plan motivated me to push through and I'm now seeing massive changes in my physical appearance and more importantly positive changes to my mental health. Looking forward to graduating and then continuing on the body coach app! "

"The last three months on The Body Coach 90-day plan have been both physically and physiologically transformative for me. I have struggled throughout my life with maintaining a healthy lifestyle, fluctuating in weight and confidence throughout the last 15 years. The plan has allowed me to take back control of the wellbeing of both my body and mind with really challenging workouts and an amazing variety of recipes. I feel more energised and confident within myself and I put this down to the structure of the plan, the great workouts (even those burpees) and the amazing amount of choice that you get with the food. I can't really believe that I have lost a stone and a half whilst being able to eat Mac N Cheese and Turkey Burgers [one of my fav's]. It has taught me lessons that I am going to take with me forever and I cannot be more grateful to Joe and the team of support hero's for helping me on this journey. Off onto the Grad plan I go! Can't get enough, can I ;) "

"I have to say that this plan has finally found the level ground I was looking for in terms of living healthily and happily. Every day I wake up and feel I'm about to achieve something special. I tend to work out first thing before breakfast - combine that with a clear head from not drinking, I feel like I can take on the world! I have always been healthy and kept up with my fitness, but the tailored portions and knowing what foods to eat and when have nailed it for me. I'm somewhat nervous about C4 (having read the comments on Facebook!) but I'm ready to smash it and can't wait to try some of those new recipes (have to say, husband is rather enjoying the new cuisine too although I'm yet to see him do a burpee!)."

"I bought the plan ready to start after I gave birth to my first baby. However after an emergency c-section I held off for four months until I felt ready. I loved how short the workouts are and was able to workout whilst baby slept. I breastfed throughout and I enjoyed knowing that the food I was eating was nourishing and plentiful for me and baby. My three tips for success: 1. when you hear the final beeps for the round, but u can start another rep, start another rep. Even if it means you finish the rep after the final beep....They all add up!! 2. If you have a bad day, don't say "I'll start again next week" you have just given yourself permission to have a week off. Start strong the next day. 3. the time you spend deciding whether to workout or not could've been used to workout. Even if you don't feel like doing a workout... do it anyway, you won't regret it. "

"My partner wanted to give the 90 day plan a shot, so in order to align our meals, I agreed to sign up as her morale support. I was initially sceptical about the meal choices, a lack of options that includes chips and cans of cola being my main concern. There is a lot of variation and portion sizes are generous. I absolutely love the fact that on this plan, you can lose weight whilst eating pizzas, burgers, nachos and kebabs! I worked the exercise regime around my running plan for the first couple of cycles and really enjoyed mixing it up. I quickly noticed that my legs were getting stronger and my breathing less laboured on my runs. Turns out this HIIT malarkey works and I was now here for myself as well as my partner. Whilst it is great to have lost over 10kg of excess timber over the 90 days, the measure of my success is being fitter and healthier, both physically and mentally."
