"I literally couldn't say enough about the Bodycoach and what it's done for me, my physical health, mental well-being and general life feeling. I have always stayed relatively fit but I put on weight during lockdown and drank too much, felt bloated, lethargic and moody. I always wanted to lose weight and get lean, but everything I ever tried I'd get bored after two weeks or find excuses to not have the time. That's all different with this. It's changed my world. "I started the 90 day plan mainly to loose weight, I thought I was quite fit (not). I was really excited to get all the recipes and I printed them all off and made a folder. As Joe says the key is to planning, so I brought a white board with a week planner on it and on a Saturday I would sit down and plan all next weeks evenings meals. I quickly found out what type of meals suited me as I work out of a van with various start and finish times. My breakfast choice is reduced carb coconut granola and overnight blueberry protein pancakes, I love both of them better than any breakfast I've ever had. I would do my exercise as soon as I got in from work around 17.30 and as soon as that was over I would cook my meal and as it was planned all the ingredients were at home. Saturday, Sunday and one day in the week I would do my exercise in the morning and have pancakes for breakfast, it felt like a treat, talking of treats I absolutely loved the trail bars and also made some peanut butter trail bars. I cannot believe your allowed these 😋. Before I started the plan I would have 1 or 2 alcoholic drinks a evening and more on a weekend, when the plan said it was best not to drink alcohol I decided not to drink unless it was a special occasion (lockdown really helped) I can say hand on heart I haven't missed alcohol half as much as I thought. I really wanted to weigh myself to see if anything was happening but I stayed firm and waited until the end of the cycle. When I did weigh myself I was shocked, and that gave me the drive to keep on track with the food and exercise. I am a typical 46 year old man and I will say I feel a lot better and more full of energy on the days when I exercised. I have tried for years to shift my excess weight and now its finally happening, I am now 13 and half stone, 85kg, I have never been this weight. I still have a way to go but more in the way of toning up. I am signing up for the grand plan now to continue my journey. What I would say to everyone, is enjoy yourself plan your meals and if you do have a day off plan for what ever reason, don't worry just get back to it tomorrow. "

"at you plan what you want to eat and when depending on when you exercise. The portion sizes were a real surprise, I wasn't hungry at all. I even felt like I was eating too much at times- in a good way. The food was so varied and I never got bored. Through the introduction of weights in cycles 2 and 3 I could notice the change in my body. I honestly can't thank Joe and his team enough, I've learnt more in the past 90 odd days about fitness and nutrition than I had in 30 odd years. For me, the plan was about creating a sustainable way to continue to improve my fitness and eating but still allow myself treats along the way. The plan really does allow you to do things your way. This has had so many more benefits for me than just loosing the belly and now my wife has signed up to the app so looking forward to see how we can continue on this journey as a family.
