"Who would have thought that at 54 and 5ft 2" I would find myself striding down the street feeling 6ft tall. This was me half way through the plan, my posture had already been much improved and strengthened by the workouts and all those abs finishers. Lockdown one saw me working from home and my gym membership stopped. I was suddenly, thrust into a world where I had more time on my hands but less and less inclination to do anything exercise related. I was still riding my bike, occasionally, but I had slipped into skipping meals and eating sugary replacements ie cake! The fridge became my best friend! I knew I was unlikely to return to the gym anytime soon and I knew I had to change. I had been following Joe on Instagram and thought why not? I can work from home why can't I train from home? That was the beginning of my journey. The food is great, I've always cooked from scratch so the recipes work with a little forward planning and preparation. The workouts build you up gradually and I had underestimated how fit they are making/have made me and how much they would change my shape and my mindset! The plan has supported my cycling perfectly bringing strength and stamina in abundance. For me the plan has been about a life choice and not a fad diet and I've made it work for me. I now make the right choices not the greedy ones! ;-) "

"I initially signed up to the 90 day plan to help me understand how to fuel my body correctly in a healthy way. I was excited to start and embraced it in it's entirety. The workouts were enjoyably challenging and varied. The meals are incredibly delicious and family friendly. I'm really chuffed with my results, I worked hard and although my body has changed for the better, what I hadn't expected is the increase in confidence and self esteem!! "This program has really helped me focus on a solid goal of achieving the fitness level I have always struggled to find the right balance for between a busy work and home life. More importantly my metal state has improved greatly, I find that I have more energy and deal with my two young kids in a much calmer way! Also with all the lockdown challenges it has given me something to keep motivated on. I still have cycle 3 to complete, but canít wait to continue on this transformation!!! Plus avacado and nuts are now my most favourite foods that I never really had before. ❤️"

"So the biggest challenge that found throughout this plan was changing my mindset with food. The workouts were the easy part for me and I made sure I would smash it every time, once I started to get into a rhythm with the food it become the new norm for me. I also learned that even if I fall off the wagon the next day I work harder! I can't wait to keep burning off the calories and seeing my body change even more. I will get abs! Thank you Joe"

"I started the plan when my little boy was 4 months old. I have always been very active, but I was absolutely shocked at how unfit and weak I was during that first Cycle 1 workout! I remember thinking how on earth am I going to sort this out, but I just pressed play and did as Joe said. Now, even after two C Sections, I feel as fit as I did in my 20s! Although it might seem an oxymoron I have enjoyed the structure and flexibility of the plan the most. Before the plan I had a complete sugar addiction- with a newborn baby and the accompanying sleep deprivation I was living on biscuits, cakes, and chocolate to give me the sugar rush I needed to combat the tiredness. The structure of the plan gave me the discipline I needed to choose meals that would give me sustained energy release and get me out of the sugar spike sugar crash cycle. The flexibility of being able to simply press play and follow along with Joe for 25/30/35 minutes whenever it suited has helped me no end. No need to travel to the gym, no fancy gym wear required: baby down for a nap, sports bra and trainers on, press play, workout done and in the shower before he wakes up. Well most of the time....My body is amazing, it's given me two precious healthy babies, but it was starting to not look like my body. At one point, while staring at myself in the mirror looking like a string tied joint of pork I thought Give it up love, you've had two children, you're nearly 40, this IS you now' I started to not feel quite like 'me' either. I'm an outgoing, 100mph kind of person, but a mixture of postpartum hormones and the isolation from my family during lockdown left me feeling quite overwhelmed. Joe has talked a lot about the benefits of exercise on both physical and mental health. Following the plan has certainly improved both and got me back to me, inside and out."
